monthly meeting

Your monthly meeting will now be held on the Second (2nd) Saturday of every month. Also there is a new meeting hall. Meetings will be held at the Disabled American Veterans Hall located at 220 West Fourth St. Meetings will still start at 10:00 am (10:00 hrs). Please make a note of the new meeting place.

TEST SESSION

There will be a Testing Session after the meeting on February 11, 2012. Testing will commence immediately following the business meeting. All Testes will need a copy of their license, and or any CSCEs they may have along with a valid picture I.D. In addition you will need to have $15.00 testing fee. VE testing

Testing will be done on an as needed basis, and scheduled on the availability of VEs. In the future, Two (2) weeks notice will be needed to schedule a VE session. To schedule a testing session, call Roy Creiglow (575) 791-3734. This is a long standing rule from the ARRL, and we will adhere to it.

Club Dues

Dues are $24.00 per primary member, and $12.00 for each additional family member living under the same roof. Please send your payment to Glenn Hawthorne, 2124 Reese Drive, Clovis,NM. 88101. Make checks payable to ENMARC. Also include as to whether you are an ARRL member. Those not paying their dues by the April club meeting will be dropped from the roster, and email list. Sorry to be so hard nosed, but rules are rules, and the dues are way past due. Be late on your insurance or house payment by three months, and see what happens. 73
